They often leave a slip in my mailbox instead of leaving the package at my door, even when the package clearly would fit inside the mailbox. They do this with large envelopes, too. Unless it's a standard size letter, I have to go to the post office to pick it up.
Edit: They also routinely skip picking up my mail so when I schedule a package to be shipped it's often not picked up until 2-3 days after the date I scheduled!
Our mail lady is terrible. She is rude to my children even about taking outgoing mail or being in a hurry because she is late. Her being late is not our problem. Part of her job is to take outgoing mail. I signed up for informed delivery because I had a feeling we were missing mail. I was right 2 times just in the past 10 days my email indicated we would receive a piece of mail. Said envelope was not delivered. I understand not everyone likes their job all the time but this has been an ongoing thing for a very very long time and it's not appreciated.
Quick and friendly service. They never complain if we get there 2 minutes before they close.
Our mail person has delivered our packages to the wrong address on MULTIPLE occasions and they give you the run around trying to get restitution...a bunch of idiots it seems!
