Went thru the drive thru and the total came to 10.80 handed the chick Robyn 20.80 and she handed us the receipt and when we said we handed her a 20$ bill she gave us a dirty look and rolled we eyes. Be very careful and make sure you know how much you are handing these people and what change they give you back. They apparently hired thieves that will try to steal your money!
Update: The service is phenomenal, I've not seen anyone waiting as I previously stated for long periods of time. The food is good and hot and they are getting my special prep. correct. It also seems cleaner as well.
Such a nice and friendly staff here. They're very cool about giving you lots of stuff for doing their reviews. Always clean, staff regularly clean whenever they have a quiet moment. They're usually really quick to get you your food, too.
Also an a&w! Partial menu at both places. Food was good. Fresh and hot. Cashier was friendly, and we got our food pretty quick. Can't complain!
They are always out of crispy at the owego, NY location. Why not stock more at the busy dinner time??? Happens every single time I try to get food here
I go here for my lunch on Mon & Thurs. Most of the time really quick service. The place could definitely be cleaner though. Also today was probably one of the worst meals. Dried chix strips, loaded with gravy (on my mash) when I asked for light gravy. Also watched as a couple other people couldn't even get what they wanted without a 15-20 min. wait.
