I thought it would take days and lots of money to fix. He called me at work, THE NEXT DAY, and told me what was wrong. He then called me back, about 20 minutes later, and said it was FIXED! It made my day. I was so happy. And very happy with the price.

When I called Joe, my car was dead on the side of the road. I though it was the alternator. Obviously I was pretty upset when I called him (which was actually only because how close it was and after reading other good reviews). He calmed me down and told me it was no problem to get it in there and looked at that day, he even referred me a tow-truck service!
