I get good service and more often then not work is done quickly.
Everyone here is Super nice, Amazingly professional. They take pride in the work they do. I have referred friends.. this place feels like extended family due to the care that they take in their service. Prices are super reasonable and then there are coupons on top of that ,that are mailed too. Thanks Guys!
I had new rotors put on. They reused the bearings which were shot. I took it back and the young man didn't take care of me. I tried again when the manager was there and they did replace the bearings finally. Fast forward two weeks....van is disabled and smoking out of the front breaks. These people should just go work in burger joints and stop pretending to be mechanics. I called and was told that I would have to pay to get it towed back to them. Frankly I am not interested in having them touch my van ever again. I will get it done elsewhere and sue them. Worst experience ever.
Very happy with the service that Nick and his Team have provided me over the years. They are efficient and my car is done when they said it would be done. Usually, before they said it would be done. Mr. Tire continues to earn my business.
I drove to Mr. Tire with a donut on my car with my regular tire needing repair. They fixed my bad tire and put it on my car, which was good. The bad thing was that they never put my spare (donut) back in the car's storage area. A week later we noticed it missing and called Mr. Tire. They couldn't find my donut anywhere, so they supposedly ordered a new one from the dealer for me. So I stop in and they put the so called new donut in the back of my other car. I should have looked at it closer when then placed it in my car because it is not a new spare ( wore trend and covered with dirt) and it's the wrong freakin size. Are you kidding me! Mind you that I live more then an hour away and only in that area maybe twice a month. I would not recommend this business!
